Because our jewelry is hand-picked and crafted in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordering, or general preferences.

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces. We offer a 30-day quality guarantee starting from the date of delivery.
We will only accept returns, replacements, or refunds if your item arrives damaged or exhibits a genuine manufacturing defect/craftsmanship fault within this 30-day window.
What Is Covered vs. Not Covered
- Covered: Broken clasps upon delivery, loose gemstone settings, structural soldering defects, or incorrect items sent.
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, tarnishing/fading due to improper care or exposure to water/chemicals, or minor natural variations inherent to handmade products.
How to File a Quality Claim
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your package:
- Email us at [Your Contact Email] with your order number.
- Provide a brief description of the issue along with clear, close-up photos or videos of the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
Jewelry Care & Natural Variations:
Pure silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes when exposed to air, sweat, or chemicals. This is a normal characteristic of genuine sterling silver, not a quality issue. Please wipe gently with a soft cloth and store in a sealed bag. Natural gemstones feature unique textures, internal inclusions (ice cracks), and slight color variations, which are natural beauty and not quality defects. To extend the lifespan of your jewelry, please avoid wearing it while showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising. Damage caused by excessive pulling, misuse, or chemical contact is not covered by the guarantee.
Sizing Guide
We create all of our rings true to standard US sizing. For the best fit we suggest having your finger(s) sized. You may follow the steps below to find your best fit:
Wrap a string around your finger where you’d like your ring to be or place the string across the inner diameter of a ring that fits you from end to end.
Make sure that the string is pulled snug for the best accuracy
Mark the spot where the string meets and measure with a ruler in millimeters (circumference) or measure the string’s distance across the center of the ring (inner diameter)
